Can I send you cash or a cheque for my order?

At this time we only accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and PayPal online.

Which countries do you ship to?

At the moment, we are only able to ship to within the UK. We are working towards being able to ship to additional countries in the future.

What will be listed on my bank statement when I order from Recon?

Payments to the Recon Store will be listed in your bank or credit card statement as "Recon T101".

Can I pay with PayPal?

Can I change my items in my order or change my delivery address?

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to amend the order to include different items, quantities or a new address. Please request to cancel your order via the contact form.

How do I know what size I am?

Please refer to our size chart for information about our ranges.

Can I pick up my order from you or at a Recon Event?

The Recon Store has a variety of shipping options available that ensures that your gear is delivered cheaply, quickly and efficiently. Currently we are unable to offer collection at our office or at an event.
